Only you can be the judge. Real Estate is an industry based on morals, values and ethics. I can bet that you can find someone, somewhere to do just anything you want. Think about this for a second.....think about the recent collapse.....do you think for one minute that if everyone was doing the right thing we would be in this situation??? Do you think when Bernie Madoff was purchasing his multi million dollar homes, boats and planes that he actually stopped to think of the impact it would have on everyone. Doubtful!! Do you think he and the people he was involded with knew they were committing crimes? You can almost bank on it! No wait....lol...banking and Madoff should not even be in the same sentence these days...bad choice of words....and bet your bottom dollar doesn't even seem to fit either........lol...ANYWAY....hopefully you get the point.
Unfortunately there are many Bernie Madoff's out there and you can choose to deal with them or do the right thing. One thing I have believed all my life....EVERYONE, was born with knowing right from wrong. Have I always made the right choices? I wish I could say yes. Did I learn from my mistakes? Absolutely!
All I can say, is I still have faith that people will and do choose to do what is right. Don't let greed take your soul. If you see an opportunity, go after it.....do your homework, and don't take advantage of a situation.
